Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

• Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad)
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
• Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 250,000 (Only in Karachi) 
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Product-Specific Delivery Times

• Small Items (tools, accessories, syrups): 3-5 business days
• Commercial Equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders): 5-10 business days due to careful handling and packaging requirements
• Pre-order Items: Delivery timeline communicated at time of purchase

International Shipping

• Worldwide shipping available
• Delivery time: 10-21 business days depending on destination
• Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility
• Tracking provided for all international orders

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp once your order ships.

Packaging Commercial equipment is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items receive extra padding and handling.
