At Barista and Bar, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied, we're here to make it right.

Defective Items Only

Refunds or exchanges are only offered for products with manufacturing defects. Sale/discounted items are not eligible.

Coffee Machines, Grinders & Blenders

  • 24-hour refund window for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped equipment
  • Must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
  • A full refund issued once item is received and inspected
  • Defective items: we cover return shipping
  • Change of mind: customer pays return shipping

Barista Tools & Accessories

  • 24-day refund window for unused items in original condition
  • Items must be unopened with packaging intact
  • Full refund processed within 5-7 business days after receipt

Syrups & Consumables

  • No refunds on opened products due to health and safety regulations
  • Damaged or incorrect items: full refund or replacement within 48 hours of delivery notification
  • Must provide photo evidence of damage

Refund Process

  2. Provide the order number and reason for the refund.
  3. Return item as instructed
  4. Refund processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened syrups or consumable products
  • Custom or special-order equipment
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Exchanges We gladly exchange products for different models or sizes. Contact us to arrange an exchange, often faster than a refund and repurchase.
